Danny Tiong

Danny Tiong has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. In 1988, they began their career as a Channel Development Manager for ASEAN at IBM. In 2000, they moved to Singapore Computer Systems as a Major Account. In 2003, they joined Intel Technology Asia as a Group Manager and Country Solutions Manager. In 2007, they took on the role of Sales Director at Hi Ten Steel Pte Ltd. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at IBM Singapore in two roles, System-x, ASEAN and Country Platform Manager. In 2014, they became the Senior Regional Channel Manager for the Enterprise Business Group at Lenovo. In 2015, they were the Director of Smart Choice Channel, APJ at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director of Channels, APJ at Infinidat. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Ridge, where they focus on creating awareness and Go to Market activities with the APJ Data Centers, MSP and end customers community.

Danny Tiong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1984 and graduated in 1988. In 2017, they received a Diploma in Technology Distribution from Global Technology Distribution Council & VIA International.
