Brian Charles

Brian Charles is an experienced Mechanical Systems Engineer with a robust background in the facilities services industry. Currently serving as a Quality Engineering Manager and previously as a Plant Engineer at Ridge Corporation since March 2022, Brian's expertise includes AutoCAD, customer service, engineering, SolidWorks, safety, and quality. Prior to Ridge Corporation, Brian held multiple roles at MPW Industrial Services from July 2009 to March 2022, including Senior Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical Engineering Supervisor and Mechanical Systems Engineer. Brian began the career as a Field Service Technician, responsible for equipment setup and installation, followed by a role as Plant Engineer focusing on upgrading equipment and improving operations. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned in 2009.
