Robert Suggs has extensive work experience in the conference center industry. Robert began their career in 2007 as an Operations Manager at Lifeway Glorieta Conference Center, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, Robert joined Ridgecrest Conference Center, where they initially served as a Business Manager. In January 2021, they were promoted to the role of Director of Finance and currently continues in this position.

Robert Suggs holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Virginia Tech, which they received between 2005 and 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Performance/Technology from the same university, which they completed from 2000 to 2004.
