Kathleen Theisen

Kathleen Theisen is an accomplished music educator and director with extensive experience in various musical roles. Currently serving as the Director of Music Ministries at First Congregational Church of Ridgefield since October 2019, Kathleen is also a music teacher and choral director at Darien Public Schools. In addition to these positions, Kathleen conducts the Village Singers of Westchester and offers independent piano and voice lessons. Kathleen's past roles include Minister of Music at the United Methodist Church of Darien and various positions with orchestras and music associations. Kathleen holds multiple degrees in piano performance and pedagogy from respected institutions, including the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Michigan.
