Brian Stearns

Brian Stearns began their work experience in 2005 as a Technical Specialist at GCI, Incorporated, where they served as the primary client-facing project-lead and supported time- and mission-critical requirements for a US Government customer. In 2018, they joined Ridgeline International, Inc. as the Director of the Signature Validation Lab, where they were responsible for validating the signature management efficacy of customer technology and techniques. Since 2022, Brian has been the Executive Director at The Institute for Secure Activism.

Brian Stearns earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Brian later pursued a Masters of Science/Graduate Certificate in C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) with a field of study in Military Operations Research at George Mason University. Brian completed this program from 2003 to 2005.
