Kay Russell, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Kay worked at Ridgeline International, Inc. from 2018, where they held roles as Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. In 2019, Kay pursued further education in Human Resources Management and Services at George Mason University - School of Business. Additionally, they are currently enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Kay Russell also holds the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from the American Management Association, which they obtained in September 2020. Furthermore, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from BadgeCert in December 2019.
