LeRoy Michal

LeRoy Michal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. LeRoy currently works at Ridgeline International, Inc. as a Program Manager, overseeing various programs. Prior to this, they held the positions of Technical Solutions and Exercise Lead and Director of Academics at the same company. LeRoy also worked as a Technical Trainer at Ridgeline International, Inc. for a period.

Before joining Ridgeline International, Inc., LeRoy Michal worked at AELIUS Exploitation Technologies, LLC as a Cyber/Technical Surveillance Subject Matter Expert.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Management Consultant at SC3 and as an Irregular Warfare Analyst at SRA International. At SRA International, they were responsible for providing intelligence and forensic expertise, supporting intelligence operations, and conducting multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts.

LeRoy Michal's work experience began with their role as a student at Norwich University, where they studied for several years.

LeRoy Michal earned a Master of Professional Studies degree in Cybersecurity Strategy and Information Management from The George Washington University - College of Professional Studies in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University between 2013 and 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, LeRoy also holds certifications as a Certified Range Safety Officer Instructor and a Certified Rifle Instructor from the National Rifle Association, and they also have an EMT-P certification.
