Michael Hungerford

Michael Hungerford has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial technology industry. Michael is currently the Head of Expert & Education Services, Customer Success at Ridgeline, where they are responsible for building a modern platform in the public cloud for the investment management industry. Prior to this, they held various roles at Clearwater Analytics, including Director of Implementation Programs, where they managed project scoping and solution delivery for Clearwater's largest clients, and Manager of Insurance Client Services, where they empowered a top-performing team to deliver world-class client service and investment reporting expertise. Michael also served as a Client Success Manager at Clearwater. Overall, Michael has demonstrated expertise in investment portfolio accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, and risk analytics, and has successfully led large and diverse stakeholder groups.

Michael Hungerford graduated cum laude from the University of Idaho in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, specializing in Finance. Michael also attended the American University of Sharjah in 2013 to study International Finance.
