Lisa Schwartz

Lisa Schwartz is a highly experienced HR professional who has held various leadership roles in the field. Currently serving as the Vice President Human Resources/CHRO at Ridgeview, Lisa is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for strategic HR leadership. Prior to this, Lisa has held leadership positions at Unifeye Vision Partners, where Lisa provided HR leadership to the Minnesota market, and Allina Health, where Lisa served as the VP of Human Resources and played a key role in shaping the Allina Health Medical Group. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and two Master of Arts degrees in Management and Health and Human Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
