Jeremy Cowan

Jeremy Cowan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ridley Corporation Ltd since March 2024, Jeremy previously held advisory roles focused on leadership and strategy in supply chains. As Executive General Manager of Products at Elders from October 2022 to August 2023, Jeremy oversaw all product operations across the Elders Group. Prior to this, Jeremy was Chief Operating Officer at Blackmores, managing global operations, and Commercial Director for Asia Pacific at Nando's, where procurement leadership was a key responsibility. Jeremy's career began at Mars Chocolate Australia, where roles spanned from Plant Manager to Supply Chain & Procurement Director, ultimately overseeing comprehensive supply chain functions. Educational background includes a degree in Economics and Accounting from Deakin University.
