Rebecca Hayes

Rebecca Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rebecca currently serves as the Denver General Manager at Ridwell, a position they began in August 2021. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Keter Environmental Services, Inc. from February 2019 to August 2021, holding roles such as Regional Manager and Field Operations Manager. In 2018, they were the Reservations Manager at Uchi Denver, part of Hai Hospitality. From November 2016 to August 2018, Rebecca worked at Sodexo as the Environmental Services Manager at St. David's Medical Center. Before that, they were a Healthcare Sustainability Specialist at Stericycle from July 2014 to November 2016. Rebecca also has experience as a Greening Facilitator at Reduction In Motion from February 2013 to July 2014. Additionally, they held positions such as Baltimore City Organizing Fellow at Heather Mizeur for Maryland in 2014, and Certified Green Team UMD Student Representative at the City of College Park from April 2012 to September 2013. Rebecca began their career as a Recycling and Solid Waste Intern at the University of Maryland in January 2012.

Rebecca Hayes completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Huston-Tillotson University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued Environmental Science and Policy. Rebecca also graduated from Methacton High School without any specified degree or field of study.

Additionally, Rebecca holds several certifications. In March 2021, they obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. In June 2020, they received the TRUE Advisor certification from GBCI. Furthermore, they completed training in Regulated Medical Waste, DOT Training & Safety Training in September 2013, however, the institution where they obtained this certification is unspecified.
