Sarah Boltwala-Mesina has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Sarah began their career as an Associate Economist at eMachines Inc. in 2003. Sarah then moved to City Treasurer- Financing Services as a Senior Management Analyst the same year. In 2005, Sarah became a Senior Associate at Caliber Advisors. Sarah then moved to Independent Consultant in 2016, where they served as a Consultant for Research, Policy and Enterprise Based Solutions to Resource Recovery and Zero Waste. In 2021, Sarah joined Ridwell as a Community Launcher, and they are currently the Executive Director at Inika Small Earth, Inc., a position they have held since 2010.

Sarah Boltwala-Mesina completed a Masters in Natural Resources from Virginia Tech Center for Leadership in Sustainability in 2016, a MBA from University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2001, and a Resource Management certification from California Resource Recovery Association in 2011. Sarah also attended CFA Institute from 2000-2003.
