Valere Sailly

Valere Sailly is a seasoned Senior Hardware Designer with extensive experience in the Broadcast Industry, currently working at RIEDEL Communications since September 2021. Previously, Valere served as a Principal Hardware Designer at Grass Valley, a Belden Brand, focusing on high-speed design development involving technologies such as DDR4-2400, PCIe, and 12G SDI. Valere's career also includes a role as Systems Group Leader, overseeing hardware and system engineering in video and audio products. Earlier positions include Technical Director at ART Video S.A., where Valere managed design and production teams, and Electronic Engineering Designer at Fougerolle Video, specializing in both analog and digital equipment. Valere began the professional journey as an Electronic Designer Engineer at Matra Espace, working on satellite video sensors.
