Colin Hayes currently serves as Associate Counsel at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. since January 2025. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Peoplelink Group from March 2023 to January 2025, and Corporate Associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from November 2021 to March 2023. Colin gained experience as an Associate at Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham LLP between August 2020 and November 2021, and completed an internship at PwC as a Merger & Acquisition Tax Intern in summer 2019. Additional internships were held at the City of Chicago Department of Law in 2018, Zimmer Biomet in 2016, Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham LLP from 2015 to 2016, and RSM US LLP as Lead Tax Intern for the first quarter of 2016. Colin holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame (2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grace College & Seminary (2017), where adjunct teaching roles included serving as an Accounting Lab Assistant for various accounting courses.
