Patrick Grimmer

Patrick Grimmer is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Counsel at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. since August 2022. Previously, Grimmer worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the 34th Judicial District from October 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included reviewing criminal charges and representing the State of Indiana in court. Earlier roles include a Certified Legal Intern in the Special Victims Unit at the St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office, and a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, where involvement focused on asset forfeiture and money laundering. Grimmer holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.
