Jan-Dieter Ludwigs

Jan-Dieter Ludwigs has a range of work experience in the environmental and ecological field. From 1998 to 1999, they received a stipend from Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen. Following that, from 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Assistent at Institut für Vogelforschung Vogelwarte Helgoland. In 2003, Ludwigs joined knoell as a Study Director until 2004. Jan-Dieter then moved on to RIFCON GmbH in 2005, where they held the position of Study Director until 2005. Ludwigs later worked at BASF from 2005 to 2007 as an Ecotoxicologist - Team Wildlife. Returning to RIFCON GmbH in 2008, they took on the position of Head of Field Study Department & Team Leader Ecotoxicology until 2016. From 2016 to 2023, Ludwigs served as Business Development and is currently the Managing Director at RIFCON GmbH starting from January 2023.

Jan-Dieter Ludwigs has a PhD in an unspecified field of study from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Jan-Dieter also holds a Diplom degree from Justus Liebig University Giessen. Their education history also includes attendance at NIGE Esens, although the specific degree or field of study achieved there is unknown.
