Henry Kemble-Clarkson

Henry Kemble-Clarkson has held positions in the maritime industry since 2000. Starting as a Graduate Trainee Naval Architect at Vosper Thornycroft UK Ltd., they then became a Founding Member at Fastlane Holding AS in 2003. In 2006, they were a Principal Naval Architect at WesternGeco AS, then a Naval Architect at Brevik Engineering AS in 2001. In 2015, they were a Project and Commercial Director for Europe at Nordic Made, and in 2017 they became Director Installations at TECO Maritime Group. Currently, they hold three positions as Chief Operating Officer at Rift Labs, Kelvin - a Rift Labs brand, and Photosynthetic - a Rift Labs brand, all since 2021.

Henry Kemble-Clarkson attended Harrow School from 1989 to 1994. Henry then went on to earn their MEng in Marine Technology from Newcastle University from 1995 to 2000. Henry later completed a Diploma in Marine Surveying from Lloyds Maritime Academy in 2010 and 2011.
