Teresa Russell is an experienced practice manager with a diverse background in management within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Practice Manager at Riggs Community Health Center since February 2022, Teresa previously held the position of Office Manager at Aspen Dental. With a history of leadership roles, including Executive Sales Manager at Macy's and Campus Director/Instructor at Tricoci University (Former Hair Arts Academy), Teresa has successfully integrated programs, coached and trained teams, managed budgets, and supported campus services. As Co-Owner and Director at Hair Arts Academy, Teresa implemented budgets, taught courses, and achieved business goals.
