Hilary Millspaugh

Hilary Millspaugh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 with RCM&D as a Business Analyst to Project Manager. In this role, they focused on making complex data understandable, creating system processes to improve efficiency and profitability, and gaining knowledge in compliance. Hilary then joined Ventiv Technology in 2011 as a Senior Manager, where they were promoted multiple times and supported major clients such as Coca-Cola, UPS, and Macy's. Hilary developed strong relationships throughout the company during their time there. In 2015, Hilary joined Systema Software, LLC as a Solution Architect, where they prevented software change issues for clients, acted as a technical software translator, and created SQL queries and stored procedures. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at RCM&D, starting in 2023, after previously serving as the VP and Director of Operations for the company's SISCO division.

Hilary Millspaugh completed their high school education from The Bryn Mawr School during the period of 1990 to 2003, receiving a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued their undergraduate education at Skidmore College from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in April 2015.
