Ibbie Hedrick Britton

Ibbie Hedrick Britton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ibbie started their career in 2005 as an Administrative and Financial Assistant at The Heritage Foundation. In 2007, they worked at The White House as a Research Assistant and later became an Associate Director of Scheduling. In 2009, they served as the Communications Director for Bolling for Lieutenant Governor '09 campaign. In 2010, they joined the Office of Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling, first as the Director of Communications and later as the Deputy Chief of Staff. In 2014, they transitioned to RCM&D, where they held various positions including Operations Manager, Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator, Manager of Compliance Administration, and currently, the Director of Compliance.

Ibbie Hedrick Britton obtained a Diploma from St. Catherine's School in 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they attended the School of Public Affairs at American University, where they earned a BA degree in Political Science. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of AISM - Associate in Insurance Supervisory Management from the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia.
