Rich Fecteau

Rich Fecteau is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Sales Development Manager at Rightworks since February 2022, where management of all Sales Development Representatives occurs under unified leadership. Prior to this role, Rich held multiple positions at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), advancing from Business Development Representative to Team Lead from September 2020 to February 2022. Rich also contributed to Kronos for over twelve years, including a role as Team Leader for Lead Development in the Public Sector. Earlier career experiences include various positions in sales, multimedia, and administration across several organizations, including Dane Street Church, Fecteau Associates, and BFI Waste Services of Massachusetts. Rich holds a BA in Written Communications with a focus on Journalism and Literature from Salem State University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
