Amanda Bradford

Amanda Bradford is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in staffing and people management. Currently serving as Head of HR/People at Right Side Up since September 2018, Amanda leads the recruiting team and collaborates with General Managers on various HR processes. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Legacy Staffing, where Amanda facilitated staffing needs and candidate sourcing, Brand Delivery and Operations Manager at Victoria's Secret, and Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target, focusing on program rollout and team health metrics. Amanda began their career with internships at Therma Tru and The City of Twinsburg, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Business and Innovation with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Management from The University of Toledo.
