Kevin Koonce has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Kevin started their career at Allison Transmission, where they held various roles including Lean Materials and Packaging Manager, Area Manager, Lean Warehousing Manager, Supervisor, Production Control Supervisor, and Global Materials Planner. In these positions, they managed operations and implemented lean principles for continuous improvement.
Kevin later joined The Phoenix Group as General Manager, where they developed and executed operational processes for the equipment supply chain of a major retailer. Kevin also oversaw facility design with lean principles in mind.
More recently, Koonce worked at Right Sized Inventory as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Kevin was responsible for standardizing and streamlining operations for their inventory optimization tool. Additionally, they ensured the tool aligned with clients' supply chain operations and requirements.
From 1995 to 1999, Kevin Koonce attended Kettering University. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations & Production Management.
