Ravi Damle started their work experience at Mafatlal Consultancy Services in 1994 as a Regional Manager. Ravi then worked for a Software Consulting Company as an Account Manager from 1995 to 1997. In 1998, they became the Director of Business Development at eTouch Systems Corp. and held that role until 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they also served as the Senior Director of Business Development at eTouch, A Virtusa Company. In 2020, they started working on their next adventure. Currently, they are the Vice President at Right Skale, Inc., a global full-stack product and platform engineering services company.
Ravi Damle completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel College Of Engineering, and Sardar Patel Colleage of Engineering from 1985 to 1989.
