Saloni Dawar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Saloni started their career as a Research Data Analyst at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in June 2013, where they worked until December 2013. Saloni then moved on to North Carolina State University, where they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant - Database Applications from January 2015 to May 2016. From there, they joined Right Sourcing Solutions Ltd. in August 2016 as a Sourcing Analyst. Saloni worked in this position until December 2017. Saloni then transitioned into the role of Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager at the same company, starting in January 2018 and continuing until July 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Strategic Engagement Manager at Right Sourcing Solutions Ltd., a role they have been serving since August 2020.

Saloni Dawar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013.
