Kaja Burke Williams

Kaja Burke Williams is currently serving as the Chief of Staff, Interim Director of HR and Operations, Executive Strategic Advisor at Right to Be. Kaja also holds roles as Co-Interim Director of Development and Partnerships, Executive Associate, and Partnerships Associate within the organization. Kaja is a Co-Founder of Ourside and Co-Founder and Creative Director at Actors' Equity Association. With a background in Musical Theatre and Economics from Northwestern University, Kaja has also been involved in various performing arts projects and leadership roles such as Co-Chair of The Waa-Mu Show.
