Fortune Kanyembo has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Fortune started their career as an Environmental Intern at ZESCO in 2013, where they worked from July to December. In 2016, they joined Youth Environment Network-Zambia as an Environmental Intern for seven months. In 2017, Fortune worked as a Research Associate at SAIPAR from January to August. Later that year, they joined Right to Care as a Data Capturer, a position they held from November 2017 to December 2019. Fortune then transitioned within the company to become a District Strategic Information Officer in December 2019.
Fortune Kanyembo attended The University of Zambia from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree with a focus on Environmental Education.
