Frank Shingwe

Frank Shingwe has extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. frank is currently serving as the Executive Director at Machibeyi Contractors since November 2021. Before that, they worked at Right to Care as a Provincial Technical Officer - HIV Services - Operations, starting in June 2020. In this role, they provided continuous support in implementing ART program activities, tracked progress of supported facilities, and offered technical support in the implementation of epidemic control activities. Prior to that, Frank was a Senior Clinical Care Specialist at Nsama District Health Office since April 2014. Overall, Frank's work experience showcases their expertise in healthcare management and implementation of healthcare programs.

Frank Shingwe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies from the University of Lusaka between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, between 2011 and 2013, they attended Chainama College of Health Sciences where they studied clinical medicine.
