Lebo Khathi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lebo started their career as an Intern at South African Airways in 2006, where they gained experience in customer service and call center operations. Lebo then worked as a Senior Travel Consultant at Trips Away Travel for a brief period in 2007 before joining Inchyra Grange Hotel (UK) as a Frontdesk Operator from November 2007 to December 2009.

In 2010, Lebo worked at City of Johannesburg Region F as a Ward Administrator from February 2010 to November 2011. Lebo then joined andbeyond as a Sales Coordinator from August 2012 to July 2014. Following that, Lebo worked as a Claims Administrator at MIBFA from August 2014 to February 2017.

Currently, they are employed at Right to Care since March 2017, where they hold the position of a Project Coordinator.

Lebo Khathi's education history begins with their completion of Grade 12 at Mondeor High School from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Johannesburg and obtained a National Diploma in Tourism Management by 2007. In 2014, Lebo earned a Certificate in Project Management from IIE Rosebank College. They then pursued further education by completing a Post Grad Diploma in Project Management at MANCOSA in 2015. Lastly, in 2018, Lebo attended MANCOSA again and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
