Back Office Engineer at RIGHT TO CARE

Ngwako Mothiba has a work experience that spans over several years. NGWAKO started their professional journey in 2012 as a Support Technician for the Limpopo Department of Health and Social Development. From there, they moved on to work as an IT Infrastructure Support for the Department of Public Works in 2014. In 2015, they joined T-Systems as a Remote Support Engineer, where they spent four years before transitioning to their most recent position as a Back Office Engineer at Right to Care in September 2019.

Ngwako Mothiba attended the Tshwane University of Technology from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in IT with a focus on ICT. NGWAKO also earned a National Diploma in Computer Studies during this time, specializing in technical support, database management, system development, and networking. NGWAKO further expanded their knowledge and certifications by obtaining the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2019. In November 2018, they also received the CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA.
