Tyler Heaps is currently the Group Head of Recruitment & Insights at Right to Dream. Previously, Tyler worked as the Head of Sporting Technology & Insights at AS Monaco and Director of Sporting Analytics at the U.S. Soccer Federation. With a background in mathematics, Tyler has experience in data analysis, technology management, and scouting in the soccer industry. Throughout their career, Tyler has demonstrated a strong ability to provide insights, oversee analysis departments, and develop high-performance dashboards for coaching staff. Additionally, Tyler has experience as a coach and trainer at various soccer clubs and universities.
