Amy Fitzpatrick has over a decade of experience in the food production industry, specializing in pastry and confections. Currently serving as a Gelatier at Fiasco Gelato since February 2016, Amy has honed skills in creating artisanal gelato. Prior experience includes roles as Production Manager and Chocolatier at Newfoundland Chocolate Company from May 2011 to May 2013, and as a Baker at Auntie Crae's Specialty Foods from June 2009 to December 2010. Academic qualifications include a degree in Pastry Arts from Holland College (2010-2011) and studies at Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador from 2008 to 2010.
