The role

As a People Business Partner, you’ll collaborate across our People Team functions and embed yourself within business units to provide tailored support. You’ll drive continuous improvement, use data-driven insights, and ensure that the People Team is proactive and integral to Rightmove’s growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding them on HR-related matters to align with their objectives.
  • Addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Providing expert advice and managing HR processes like disciplinary, grievance, and appeal procedures.
  • Coaching and supporting managers to drive meaningful performance conversations.
  • Analysing people data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and drive business outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and staying up to date with best practices.
  • Supporting change management initiatives, including restructures and future business needs.
  • Leading and driving projects that make a real difference to our team and the wider business.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Strong analytical skills – you’ll love using data to drive decisions.
  • A knack for managing projects from start to finish.
  • Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A natural ability to resolve conflicts and drive positive outcomes.
