Sales Support 
Location: Hybrid (2 days in the Newcastle office)

To Join Our Team 

Contribute for the overall success of the RLTS sales team by providing support from an administrative and customer service perspective to help with customer retention, satisfaction and driving growth, predominately but not limited to our insurance products. An exciting opportunity to work alongside our Sales team and Account Managers and be involved in the day to day of the team. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Manage multiple inboxes and ensure responses are within departmental SLA’s

  • Process the renewals of Rent Guarantee policies and ensure our partners have the correct documentation to renew

  • Collaborating with the Sales team and Account Managers to drive retention and growth for Rent Guarantee Insurance

  • Answering customer service queries predominantly around insurance and taking appropriate actions, by email and telephone

  • Analyse data to help with retention & growth plans and provide management information

  • Administer the Agent Revenue Protection product

  • Attend departmental and full sales team meetings

  • Time will be split approx. 50% on email, 25% phone and 25% system based

Who you are 

  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with data.

  • Have excellent organisational skills and can prioritise tasks effectively

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Are proficient in using Microsoft Excel

  • Engage in self-development and ongoing training while actively collaborating with your team and manager.

  • Team player who will be willing to take on additional tasks if the seasonality of our business unit requires

  • Drives for results to achieve commercial goals and has the ability to create solutions and share success amongst colleagues

FCA Conduct  

  • You must complete 15 hours of unstructured Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per year.

  • Upon commencement of the role, you must provide details of employment referees covering a five-year period and these must demonstrate you are of ‘good repute’ to perform a regulated role.

  • You must demonstrate on an annual basis that you are of ‘good repute’ to perform a regulated role through a successful DBS check and credit check.

  • You must inform the Compliance Officer immediately if your criminal or credit circumstances change.
