With over 17 years of experience in data and 9 years in team management, they have successfully developed high-performing teams and delivered significant incremental value in the e-commerce sector. Prior to Rightmove, Wen held leadership roles at Expedia Group and Hotels.com, where they drove the adoption of machine learning and contributed to multimillion-dollar revenue growth. Wen holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Marketing from Queensland University of Technology.
