Andrew Schultz

Andrew currently serves as the Managing Director for the Chicago office and is responsible for growth and ongoing development in Chicago including client growth, culture, and team development.

An experienced leader and client success executive with a record of 25%+ annual growth, Andrew specializes in bringing together users, customer experience, and technology to create impact and deliver results. He is passionate about taking on challenges at the intersection of business and technology by leveraging his experience across customer experience, new product development, marketing technology, e-commerce, and digital transformation. In the office he is known for being an intuitive and agile decision maker, solutions-driven, innovation-focused and a respected mentor.

Prior to joining Rightpoint, Andrew served as Managing Director and Senior Client Partner at Sapient, and also held leadership positions at Quiconnect, Ernst & Young, and Motorola. Andrew earned a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
