John Hergert

John is a recognized leader and innovator with a proven background helping enterprise-level clients develop transformative, ROI-focused technology solutions. With nearly 25 years of cross-industry experience, he has designed business solutions to drive brands, fuel growth, and increase customer engagement. John has led IT and transformation strategy for large organizations that span the globe, and he frequently advises corporate leaders and boards on best practices for IT governance, digital strategy, emerging practices for building successful brands, and data-driven solutions.

In his role as VP, Salesforce, John works with staff teams and clients across the Rightpoint portfolio, helping them fully leverage the capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem while driving innovation and strategic delivery.

Prior to joining Rightpoint, he was the Founder and CEO of Bowfin Consulting, a nationally recognized Salesforce partner, which was acquired by Rightpoint in 2019. He has also held leadership positions at large agencies and not-for-profit organizations.

John has a Master’s degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and he enjoys giving time to support start-ups and not-for-profits in the Chicago-land area.
