Kamaria Douglas

Kamaria Douglas began their work experience as an Intern at BBDO Detroit in 2008, where they served as a liaison between departments and coordinated document approval processes. Kamaria then became an Account Coordinator, overseeing internal routing processes and facilitating client approvals. In 2009, they were promoted to Assistant Account Executive, playing a role in the development and management of Retail Service materials for international markets.

In 2010, Kamaria joined Varsity Gold Sports Management as a Marketing Consultant and Official Assignor. Kamaria collaborated in generating and retaining new business, while also managing the training, scheduling, and compensation of sports officials. Kamaria'srole involved creating proposals for athletic conferences and organizations.

Moving on, Kamaria joined MRM//McCann in 2012, starting as an Associate Project Manager. Kamaria then progressed to become a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and eventually a Technical Program Manager. During their time at MRM//McCann, they were responsible for overseeing various projects and programs.

Kamaria's most recent role is at Rightpoint, where they joined as a Senior Project Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Lead Senior Project Manager in 2022. Kamaria'sresponsibilities include managing and leading project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Throughout their career, Kamaria has demonstrated their expertise in project and program management, marketing consultation, and operations management.

Kamaria Douglas, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Management from Northwood University. Kamaria obtained this degree from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Kamaria has also acquired several certifications. Kamaria completed the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) program offered by Scrum Alliance in November 2018. In May 2019, they obtained the Business Analysis Foundations certification from Lynda.com. More recently, in August 2022, Kamaria completed the course "Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings" provided by LinkedIn.
