Larysa Nadolny, Ed.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Larysa is currently an Associate Director of Research at Rightpoint since May 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Townhall in June 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Director of User Research at Qapital from January 2022 to April 2022.

From 2012 to 2021, Larysa Nadolny held positions at Iowa State University. Larysa served as an Associate Professor in the School of Education and Human Computer Interaction from August 2018 to December 2021 and as an Assistant Professor in the same department from August 2012 to July 2018.

Before joining Iowa State University, they worked as an Assistant Professor of Educational Technology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from August 2008 to May 2012. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Educational Technology Specialist at Chester County Intermediate Unit from August 2006 to May 2008.

Larysa Nadolny, Ed.D. received their B.S. in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech in the years 1996 to 2000. Larysa then pursued a M.A.T. in Science Education at Boston University from 2000 to 2001. Larysa furthered their education by obtaining an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware between 2004 and 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Larysa has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
