Ronito Jr Salamanca has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ronito Jr started their career at Reliable Peso Remit Inc. as a Customer Service Representative/Teller, where they handled currency conversion and money distribution. Ronito Jr then worked as a Front-end Web Developer on a contract basis for Canadian Marketing Solutions and as a Web Developer Volunteer for No Strings Theatre.

In 2012, Salamanca joined George Brown College as a User Service Representative at the Student Helpdesk, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting assistance to students and staff. Ronito Jr held this role for seven years until 2019.

Ronito also holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from Seneca College, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.
