Ronito Jr Salamanca has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ronito Jr started their career at Reliable Peso Remit Inc. as a Customer Service Representative/Teller, where they handled currency conversion and money distribution. Ronito Jr then worked as a Front-end Web Developer on a contract basis for Canadian Marketing Solutions and as a Web Developer Volunteer for No Strings Theatre.

In 2012, Salamanca joined George Brown College as a User Service Representative at the Student Helpdesk, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting assistance to students and staff. Ronito Jr held this role for seven years until 2019.

Salamanca then transitioned to the field of technology, joining DigitalCrafts as a Developer in Residence. In this role, they assisted the lead instructor, reviewed student projects, and provided mentoring and one-on-one support.

Ronito Jr continued their career in technology as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Codoxo, ensuring the quality of software products.

Currently, Salamanca is working at Rightpoint as an Associate Software Developer. Ronito Jr'sresponsibilities include collaborating effectively with a team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, contributing to practice growth through thought leadership, understanding client businesses, and maintaining high-quality technical work.

Throughout their work experience, Salamanca has demonstrated strong technical skills, willingness to learn, effective communication skills, ability to manage time and coordinate tasks, and aptitude for new technologies. Ronito Jr has a solid foundation in software development and a keen interest in continued learning and improvement.

Ronito Jr Salamanca has a diverse education history in the field of computer programming. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Web Development from DigitalCrafts. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Certificate in Web Development from George Brown College. Ronito also holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from Seneca College, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Ronito has also earned the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA in June 2016.
