Terry

Terry Ma is an experienced designer with a diverse background in product design, user experience design, service design, and interaction design. They currently hold the position of Lead Product Designer at Rightpoint, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, Terry worked at companies such as AK718 Limited, TPXimpact, Lloyd's, Engine Group, North Highland, J.P. Morgan, HSBC, UK Home Office, and Deutsche Asset Management, where they honed their skills in various design roles. Their expertise and extensive work experience make Terry a valuable asset in the field of design.

Terry Ma obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Management from UCL between the years 1998 and 2000. Later, they pursued an MSc degree in Human Computer Interactions with Ergonomics at UCL, completing it between 2000 and 2001. Subsequently, Terry attended City, University of London, where they obtained another MSc degree, this time in Business Systems Analysis & Design, from 2001 to 2002.
