Uzziel Sierra

Uzziel Sierra has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Uzziel started their career in 2014 as a Technical Support Assistant at UNO Call Center, where they provided remote troubleshooting for various devices and software programs. In 2016, they joined Condé Nast as a QA Analyst, where they conducted manual and automated testing for different web applications, including QA audits, ADA audits, and regression testing. From 2016 to 2018, Uzziel worked as a Software QA Analyst at Intellisys D. Corp., gaining further experience in quality assurance. In 2018, they briefly worked at New York Magazine as a QA Analyst, conducting manual testing, creating test plans, and assisting in the development of an automated project. In 2019, Uzziel joined Something Digital as a Functional & Test Automation Engineer, running functional, FSQA, and regression testing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, and analyzing test results. Currently, they are employed at Rightpoint as a Senior QA Engineer, responsible for the acquisition of Something Digital and working with clients to define and enable their visions.

Uzziel Sierra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago, graduating in 2008. In 2011, Uzziel enrolled in the International Language College, where they completed the Intensive English Program for Professionals and Students in 2014. In addition to their educational background, Uzziel has obtained several certifications including Cultural Competency & Humility V1.1, Diversity, Inclusion, Sensitivity & Racism V3.3, Microaggressions in the Workplace V2, and Unconscious Bias V3.1 from Traliant, which were all obtained in May 2022.
