Jamo Rubin, MD, holds a Bachelor's Degree from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. Jamo then went on to complete their Doctor of Medicine (MD) at UT Southwestern Medical Center from 1985 to 1989. In 1991 to 1994, they pursued a Fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School - Massachusetts General Hospital and became Boarded in Anesthesia. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Texas at Austin between 1995 and 1997. Additionally, they hold certifications from the American Society of Anesthesia and the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.
