Jen Davis

Jennifer Davis, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief People Officer at Rightsline since July 2022, bringing extensive leadership experience in human resources. Previously, Jennifer held the same title at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies from November 2016 to July 2022, contributing to operational efficiencies within over 9,000 real estate offices in North America. Prior to that, Jennifer was Vice President of Human Resources at PFSweb, Inc. from January 2003 to November 2016, where oversight included HR functions across U.S. and global operations. Jennifer's early career involved roles such as Human Resource Director at Track Communications, Inc. and Employee Relations Manager at CLUB CORPORATION OF AMERICA. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies, with a focus on Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas.
