In 2001 Leanne embarked upon a groundbreaking endeavor to introduce the MSP model to healthcare organizations and universities for the contingent workforce segment of the industry.

Since then, Leanne has successfully expanded RightSourcing’s footprint nationwide as she strategically guides clients in their efforts to address workforce challenges by minimizing risk and simultaneously increasing efficiency and decreasing cost.

Through Leanne’s breadth of experience and industry acumen, RightSourcing was able to customize our technology to combine our vendor-neutral MSP with our best-in-class VMS – providing clients with a comprehensive workforce management platform.
