Annaleah Oxman is the Chief People Officer at Rightway Healthcare. Annaleah has extensive experience in talent development and HR, having served as VP, People Operations at Flatiron Health from January 2022 to October 2022, Senior Director, Head of Talent Development & HR Business Partners from March 2021 to January 2022, and Senior Director, Talent Development from January 2018 to February 2021. Prior to their time at Flatiron Health, Ms. Oxman was the Vice President, Talent Development at D. E. Shaw & Co. from December 2014 to August 2015 and the Talent Development Specialist from June 2009 to December 2014. Ms. Oxman began their career as a Recruiting Associate at D. E. Shaw & Co. from December 2007 to June 2009 and then as a Product Analyst at Ipreo from July 2006 to November 2007.
