Cynthia Jones

Cynthia Jones has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Cynthia has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Director/VP of Recruitment at M10 Technologies from 2005 to 2013. Cynthia then worked as an Account Manager and VP of Talent Solutions Management at DC&M Partners, an Ameri100 company, from 2013 to 2014. Cynthia also served as a Contract and Regional Physician Recruiter at Kaplan Higher Education and AmeriWound, LLC respectively. Cynthia worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kaplan from 2017 to 2018 and as a Senior Purpose-Driven Recruitment Consultant at Reveal Global Intelligence from 2019 to 2021. Cynthia was a Principal Recruiter/Account Manager at i-Sola from 2014 to 2021. Cynthia then joined Alcon in 2021 as a Senior Recruiter. Cynthia transitioned to Korn Ferry in 2021, where they served as a Senior Recruiter and later as a Team Lead in Contingent Workforce Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Recruiting at RightWorks as of 2023.

Cynthia Jones has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Advertising from Mississippi University for Women. Cynthia also studied Journalism at Jackson State University. In terms of certifications, Cynthia obtained the Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification from Textio in June 2022, and the Life Sciences Foundation certification from Korn Ferry in April 2023. Cynthia also has the AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter certification, although the institution and specific dates of achievement are unknown.
