Joshua Lilly

Joshua Lilly began their work experience as an Internship/File Clerk at Cassidy & Mueller in 2019. During this time, they gained a basic understanding of the operations of a law firm and litigation processes. In 2021, Joshua worked as a Court Advocate at the Center for Prevention of Abuse, providing advocacy services and support to survivors of domestic violence. In 2022, they joined Systems Research Inc. as a Recruiting Consultant, where they handled full-cycle recruitment and developed talent acquisition strategies for manufacturing and engineering clients. Currently, Joshua is the Director of Recruiting at RightWorks, a position they have held since 2023.

Joshua Lilly received their Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Bradley University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020.
