Laura Hunter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruiting and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Account Management and Recruiting at RightWorks since November 2023, Laura focuses on cultivating talent for emerging sectors. As the VP of Recruiting at Vivid Resources since February 2004, Laura founded a niche staffing company specializing in Design Professionals and has expanded expertise into healthcare and finance. Previously, Laura held the VP role at J. Quint and Associates, managing teams of technical recruiters, and started their career as a Senior Recruiter at Masterson Tate and Associates. Earlier experience includes mental health counseling and a successful music career as a signed recording artist. Laura is an alumnus of The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University.
