Matthew Grover

Matthew Grover has a diverse work experience, starting as a Summer Ecoteen and Teaching Assistant at the Houston Museum of Natural Science in 2010. Matthew then worked as a Private Tutor from 2013 to 2017. From 2015 to 2017, Matthew served as an Apartment Resident Advisor at Texas A&M University, where they assisted residents, managed expenses for community programs, and implemented housing policies. In 2018 and 2019, they worked as an Administrative Manager at Autism Pediatric Therapy, where they developed a STEM-based academic program, transformed data sets into presentations, and led educational projects. Starting in 2020, Matthew joined RightWorks, initially as a Regional Director, then as a Director of Strategy and Innovation, and finally as Vice President. Finally, in 2021, they joined Student Ally, Inc. as a Senior Strategy Consultant, where they investigated project scopes and planned changes in accordance with governance and approval processes.

Matthew Grover completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University, which they pursued from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Glenda Dawson High School between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they earned the certification of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2020.
